Apple manages payments and renewals through your Apple ID.
To restore a subscription:
Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases
Or use the restore button inside the app if available.
You can delete your account in the app:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
If you can't access the app, email support@firststeps.app from the email linked to your account.
